Refund policy
We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached (if clothing).
To start a return, contact us at info@ladyinrosequartz.com stating the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, we request that all items be sent back in the original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For any lost, damaged or broken items, we will send out a replacement free of charge.
Exceptions / non-returnable or refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings, personalized or custom items and personal care goods (such as beauty or wellness products) if they have been worn for hygienic reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If an incorrect address was submitted for shipping, we cannot be held liable for lost items. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for non damages. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be inspected once received. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
All items are eligible for an exchange of the same value up to 30 business days after receipt of the item. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once we receive your returned item in good condition in the mail, we will process the refund on the original item.
